AgentLoft PPC reporting

Privacy Policy

Effective September 14, 2026

PPC Pulse is a private reporting and analysis service operated by TAK Marketing LLC for authorized clients served through the TAK and AgentLoft Google Ads manager accounts. This policy explains what information PPC Pulse accesses, how it is used, when it is shared, and how long it is retained.

Information PPC Pulse accesses

Account and sign-in information

PPC Pulse stores authorized user email addresses, password hashes, tenant assignments, session records, and related sign-in metadata needed to provide and secure the service. Passwords are not stored in readable form.

After sign-in, PPC Pulse uses an essential session cookie to keep the user signed in and route that user to the assigned tenant. This cookie is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Google Ads information

When an authorized manager account is connected, PPC Pulse uses Google OAuth and the Google Ads API to access the advertising accounts that the authorizing user is permitted to manage. The information may include manager and customer identifiers and names; campaign, ad group, keyword, search-term, landing-page, and status information; spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, click-through rate, average cost per click, cost per conversion, conversion rate, impression-share metrics, auction insights, and keyword or market-planning results.

PPC Pulse uses this Google Ads information to produce account-specific reporting, performance analysis, planning context, and operator support. PPC Pulse does not sell Google Ads information or use it to build unrelated advertising profiles.

Follow Up Boss information

For clients that connect Follow Up Boss, its people API may return complete person records to the authenticated request. The current PPC Pulse lead-classification process evaluates the record creation time, source, tags, and whether phone entries are present to identify PPC registrations and classify them as full or partial leads. Individual person records are processed during the sync and are not written to the current PPC Pulse report cache; PPC Pulse stores aggregate lead counts and daily totals used in reporting.

Operator chat and analysis information

Authorized administrators may use PPC Pulse's analysis chat. PPC Pulse stores the administrator's messages, generated answers, tool-call audit information, usage totals, and a provider response identifier used to continue the conversation. To generate an answer, PPC Pulse may send the question, selected tenant report data, and tool results to OpenAI through the OpenAI API.

Technical and service information

PPC Pulse and its infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information, request timestamps, operational logs, and security events as needed to run, protect, diagnose, and improve the service. Market-context features may also process keywords, locations, and date ranges through DataForSEO.

How information is used

  • Authenticate users and keep each user within the assigned tenant.
  • Connect authorized advertising and CRM accounts.
  • Retrieve, calculate, cache, and display PPC and lead-performance reports.
  • Provide operator analysis, market context, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Protect the service, investigate errors or abuse, and comply with law.

PPC Pulse's current Google Ads production workflow is used for reporting, analysis, and planning. AI-generated analysis is informational and is reviewed by an authorized operator before any separate account-management action.

How information is shared

PPC Pulse shares information only as needed to provide, secure, or support the service, including with:

  • Google, for OAuth authentication and Google Ads API access.
  • Follow Up Boss, when an authorized client's CRM connection is used.
  • OpenAI, when an authorized administrator uses AI-assisted analysis or session summaries.
  • DataForSEO, when an authorized operator requests supported market-context data.
  • Hosting, database, monitoring, and security providers that operate PPC Pulse.
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect the rights, safety, and security of PPC Pulse, its clients, or others.

PPC Pulse does not sell personal information or Google Ads information. Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to PPC Pulse, subject to their agreements and applicable policies.

OpenAI data controls

PPC Pulse uses the OpenAI Responses API. According to OpenAI's published default data controls, API data is not used to train or improve OpenAI models unless the API customer explicitly opts in, abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days, and Responses API application state is retained for at least 30 days by default. PPC Pulse has not independently verified whether different account-level or project-level OpenAI data controls are active and does not represent this integration as zero-retention.

Storage, retention, and deletion

PPC Pulse stores credential secrets using encryption at rest or restricted deployment secret storage. Access is limited to authorized operators and service components. Tenant-scoped controls restrict client users to their assigned reporting environment.

Retention varies by record and operational need. Report and live-query caches use expiration timestamps to control freshness, but expiration does not necessarily cause immediate deletion. Account records, aggregate reports, sync history, operator chat, audit information, and security logs may remain while needed to provide and support the service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with law. Infrastructure providers may retain backups and operational records according to their own service terms and retention controls.

Revoking Google authorization stops future access through that authorization but does not automatically remove information already stored by PPC Pulse. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of PPC Pulse data, contact us using the address below. Requests may be subject to identity verification and legal or contractual retention requirements.

Security

PPC Pulse uses administrative access controls, tenant scoping, hashed passwords and session tokens, encrypted or restricted credential storage, and HTTPS in transit. No system can guarantee absolute security, and we review safeguards as the service evolves.

Children

PPC Pulse is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PPC Pulse or its providers change. The effective date above will be revised when an updated policy is published. Before PPC Pulse accesses or uses Google user data in a materially new way or for a different purpose, we will update this policy and, when required, notify affected users and obtain their consent before the new use begins.
